Nice. No sand cat elim possible AND we won again AND it seems like we've cleaned out everyones CP.
I think, anyway.
My initial reaction to SG searching openly before and not this time is that he found it the first time but whet owl still searched this time so unless that was a double bluff that actually doesn't seem likely to me (my assumption is that SG would tell WO about the idol)

1) It's been a few hours since the game started and I hope you've had a chance to talk to everyone. Is there anybody in particular who sticks out? Who do you like best? Who are you indifferent about? Do you have anybody you could gladly do without?
2) Everyone is such cute animals, aren't they? I just want to respectfully and affectionately pat every avatar there is. But, why do you think the animal that you are is the cutest? Is there any animal who you thought was cuter that you didn't get? Does your choice affect your strategy at all?
3) Much of this game has already been spelled out for you in advance, isn't that neat? Is there any mechanic you're most looking forward to? Any you're worried about? Do you have any specific plan going forward to best adapt to the upcoming twists and mechanics?
4) Everyone comes into a game with different skills or hopes and goals. What are some of yours? What are you looking to achieve? What skills are you bringing to the table?
5) If you had to describe your gameplay style as a weather phenomenon or natural disaster, which would you be and why?

Alright, revisiting these questions:
1) Its now been almost two weeks, and I've had a chance to talk to even more people! Last time I said that I had been vibing with pika and shrew. We ended up in a group of 4 with ermine and I still ended up vibing with them for most of the time I was with Animal Pen. I don't know how deep we were going to because I was starting to have some amount of doubts about both of them towards the end, but nothing was ever tested because we had two incredibly easy votes where none of us were even in the remotest danger. (that I know, maybe I was a name people were saying but I never heard it if that was the case) The big piece of the puzzle missing from the earlier answer was sand cat, who I feel like I got decently close to over my time at the last tribe. Gecko did end up being the first boot so I guess I was right about that part.
2) No changes to this.
3) I have talked about this a bit but a primary change in how I'm feeling mech wise is that I didn't think about the possibility of a split into 3 when I was thinking about the rules and especially about idols. I don't know what happened on the other tribes, but idol play seems extremely likely especially with the giant panda boot. It was pointed out to me that it was very unlikely a tie because there would have been more of a delay in the results for a re-vote, so either someone flipped or an idol was played, both there and on the other tribe, though the knowledge I have of the dynamics between capy and quokka from the end of the AP tribe suggests to me that this one is more likely to have been a flip.
4) I like my answer for this question from before, and honestly if I'm doing a checkin for self evaluation I'm really happy with how I've played. I feel like my social game has been incredibly strong and I feel like I've been pretty good strategically too especially after this swap, though obviously we're won immunity twice in a row so we haven't yet had to test my reads about where things are at. I think I have flipped jerboa over to our side and I think that SG basically got the correct read that me ermine and fennec were going to go to rocks so he had to make a move to swap over to us as well. (this statement could look incredibly wrong in hindsight post game lol) but like I said we haven't had to test that at all yet. I was in the know for both TCs I was a part of now, I know every vote of each one and they were exactly what I expected them to be. That's cool. That wasn't true for the RL game. They weren't particularly hard TCs but still, I'm happy with where I positioned myself and the information I had.
5) I'm still clouds, but the sun is peaking out behind.

Locking in a dolphin prediction here. I've seen pika loris shrew and rabbit online together constantly and basically haven't seen dolphin online with them at all.

I've ended up in a 4 person alliance with sugar glider and ermine and jerboa.
That's kind of awkward because jerboa and I want sugar glider to be the vote if we go to TC.

This is by far the most duplicitous thing I've done this game.
I'm hoping I can get ermine to vote with me on SG, and I'm pretty sure I can get fennec. I just don't see why you would actually want an ally who a) was in two different majority alliances without either knowing and then b) immediately threw those alliances under the bus the first chance they got to try to gain a very minor amount of trust.
That's just not a person I want to rely on. And its a dangerous person to take to merge because they have strong connections with every single person from aviary still in the game.

Hard to tell the difference between people just not trying very hard vs people who are deliberately keeping you at arms length. I guess i should probably just assume everyone is the latter.

Me, who didn't say anything about owl engaging me more in game talk lately: hmmmmmmm. What an interesting thing to say.
I swear to God if i get idoled out by Mr. I'm going final three with everyone and his sidekick sir talks a little I'm going to be so pissed.

1) I think it's impossible to say right now. I think I'm a predator but predator quickly become prey.
2) scattered. I think everyone is sort of unsure whether their plans are good or not. In some ways it's unfortunate that we haven't gone to tribal yet because i think if it had happened earlier things would be much clear.
3) is jerboa playing me.
