Since Fox has the idol, it would be a shame if we didn't manage to reach the final. I think it looks definitely possible, Lorry gone is a very good start to that. Sand Cat would be my ideal next boot, I like her but don't trust her. I guess my trust ranking right now is something like

Decisions, decisions. I feared that I would have to make them eventually. It feels like I have the power to make this vote whoever I want. And with great power comes great need for consideration, or something like that. This might be the first time I will actually strategize in my confessional.

Some arguments and pros/cons for every possible vote:
Sand Cat: not very trustworthy, has indicated to other people that she wants to vote me, probably a contender to win. Voting her would likely upset Panda though, so we would need to vote him afterwards.
Red Panda: has been fairly honest so far, but only as much as he needed to. Has kept some things to himself and clearly doesn't trust me completely. Is also a clear contender to win, and while I would be fine with that, I would prefer if Fox or I win. I can ask him what he thinks about voting Sand Cat, and if he tries to defend her then I'm reassured that it's the right call to vote him. Would also likely be the easiest vote, since Jerboa already came to me about it and Dolphin probably won't need much convincing, if any.
Jerboa: he seems a bit sneaky, I don't really trust him, but I think it's in his best interest to go with us to the final. Not really a priority to vote. Also has been bribing me with puns.
Dolphin: comes across as honest and fairly likable. The self vote and did not submit have likely decreased his chances of winning, so I wouldn't mind having him as the third finalist. And he already said he would like to work together with me and fox. I'm not sure if he might have figured out how close we are and just said it because that's what I want to hear, but well, you can never be quite certain.

So the plan would be... vote Red Panda with Dolphin and Jerboa, then next vote we hope that one of us wins immunity, play the idol on the other one, and vote Sand Cat (immunity wouldn't be necessary but it would provide complete safety, and then depending on who wins final immunity we vote Jerboa and Dolphin, preferably Jerboa.

Alright, let's do it. Panda might well be telling the truth about voting Cat if Fennec and I want that, but I feel like I'm somewhat justified to be sceptical about that. And it's just the best decision for our game to vote Panda here, although I fear my reputation as a loyal newbie might not survive this.

That went according to plan. I guess I'll never find out if Cat would have targeted me if I didn't have immunity (although I guess I could ask her after the game), but it's still awfully convenient that I had it. I think I have a pretty good chance at immunity this next round too. I took care to stay above 20 points because the point costs for final raffle are a bit weird, 2 points from 6 to 7 entries and then 10 points for the next? I don't think people took many points with them into merge, given the importance of pre-merge raffles and idol hunting. So realistically, someone could only have a 9 total entries, so my 8 seems pretty good. And if Fox wins then I'm immune too because I just get his idol.

Unfortunate that we didn't get the full immunity here, but we should be good. Probably gonna be 2 votes Dolphin, 3 votes Jerboa.

Well, this was the final hurdle. I'm pretty certain we're gonna be at the final together now, no matter who wins immunity. Sand Cat will still wanna vote for Dolphin most likely, and Dolphin will vote for Sand Cat. This is why it was a much better decision to vote Jerboa here. He made me a cute drawing but I still don't trust a word he says and he would have surely voted one of us together with Sand Cat, and I don't wanna have to bother with a firemaking challenge.
