Okay soooo
1) As I've said before, this was pretty much a coinflip with some minor need to coordinate people who can play. The math I did was for my own enjoyment mostly and didn't really have an impact on the challenge, but it might make some people think I'm good to keep around incase math matters in a challenge? Overall, I don't think this challenge really influences much, but it gave an idea who the more active players are. I think Red Panda specifically could be dangerous if I ever become his target, so I'll try to avoid that.
2) Sorta irrelevant now but well, it was fairly obvious that everyone decided on Gecko before the vote and there was no need to have a discussion about it, so this first vote wasn't very exciting but I've found that's usually the case.
3) I'd say a mix of the two. I like to have a plan in my head that could, in theory, work out, but it's no use to plan too far ahead when you only have limited information and things can change quickly. And definitely more social than strategic.
4) I don't listen to very many songs with lyrics but I'll edit this if I think of a good one.

Two alliances now, we're getting somewhere. I don't think it's necessary in order for me to survive to a swap/merge but it doesn't hurt.

Damnit why is it so often that I only realize the flaws of something afterwards. It's pretty obvious that I made a mistake there, I should not have put 60 on B and C. Or just went with my gut and put 25 on H while winning B to G, that would have been perfect since they had the same strategy as us but slightly better. Ugh, whatever, atleast it's still an early tribal with relatively easy choices.

Also, Fennec Fox and Pika have become my clear two favourite people on this tribe. They're the ones I have the most meaningful conversations with and they both seem so similar to me! I doubt I'll get to really have a connection with Human Child or Slow Loris, with Elephant Shrew and Quokka it's mostly just easy banter, and with Red Panda it's about the game. With Capy and Cat I also like our convos though. So top three favourite convos are

Would you look at that, a swap just like Elephant Shrew predicted. I think I'd have been fine with anyone, but I'm very happy with Fox and Panda. I just happen to really like Foxes, and Panda is quite active so it's good he's with me so that he can't strengthen his connection to other players on Animal Pen. I don't know how much he likes me since we mostly talk about the game but he seems to be someone who prefers that. I don't trust him nearly as much as Fox though.

I put down 16 points for searching stealthily because the idol seems really important here. It's probably safe to assume that both idols from the starting tribe have been found. I still think it would have been fine if we all just went with searching openly, but Red Panda has a point with preferring stealthily, the other three might be fairly certain that we spent a lot of points for searching but they don't know for sure. And it seems unlikely that either side will manage to flip someone. I don't really like that there are so many idols, they add more randomness and guessing games and probably reduce my chances of making it to the end, but well, I'll have to manage.

Maybe I'm just biased but it feels like I'm lucky that I got placed into Animal Pen rather than Aviary. I find Jerboa a bit annoying and Whet Owl is asking stuff like "How's your week off to" or "How's your day going" which is fine I guess but I happen to find such questions rather boring. The convo with Sugar Glider is just game stuff, although that's okay. Giant Panda seemed like someone I'd really not get along with though. So I can be thankful I had mostly people I liked in my first tribe, and that I stayed with Fennec Fox for the swap. I would love if I could just talk to Fox for the rest of the game but I'll manage. Hopefully a decent amount of Animal Pen people make it to merge, I don't wanna have to start a new convo with too many new people.

Well that was certainly lucky. I told people that I spent "A decent amount of points" on that when I spent just 3. I wouldn't be surprised if I had one of the lowest odds to win out of everyone, but well, I won't complain. This makes my claim very believable and more importantly we don't go to tribal of course. They don't really have a reason to be thankful because all of them probably spent more points than me, but they don't know that so this is really nice.

I picked Terrarium because it looks more likely an Aviary member will get voted there. Animal Pen have the majority there and I assume they have an alliance, while on Paddock we already lost Quokka.
