This will sound embarrassing right after that post, but I think I'm terrible at the memory game I'm bad too. I would say 3:00-4:00 is the range we're looking at for me if I do the memory, but could be even worse with bad luck or if the pressure gets to me. My most recent slide puzzle is 1:24. My best slide puzzles are around :55, but I wouldn't count on that, that takes some luck.

Memory: about 2 minutes in a few tries? Wiggle room there Slide puzzle: under 1:30, could probably push that to under 1:00 if I practiced for a while Jigsaw: about 2 minutes right now; with a different puzzle that might be higher

though in the memory puzzle I'm using a puzzle that has the letters A-T, and I just realised how much of an advantage I'm getting by using phonics

For the memory, I just did it in 2:20 which is my best time. But my photos are not photos easily described in a single word, so that makes it more difficult.

2 minutes seems to be my constant on the memory game

My time is around 3 minutes with a memory puzzle if I don't use phonics tricks
I'm still not sure which puzzle would be best for which critter tbh

I need more time to properly practice the memory game but I was semi-happy with my practice times last night.

Pika is probably our most reliable slide puzzler

Though the right approach might be to mitigate losses rather than go for the absolute optimised times. If three of us are on our best puzzle but one of us has a puzzle that's not good for them, then that's not so good.
With that in mind, I'm happy to do any puzzle and I'll just keep practicing them all until we're more sure on where everyone should be

What's a good time for the jigsaw? That's the one I haven't practiced.
Right now it's seeming like...
Jigsaw- Lorry and Dolphin Memory- Shrew and Dolphin Slide- Pika and Shrew
is where we're at, but I don't know if that's optimal. Dolphin has better slide puzzle times than Shrew, but Shrew requested not to do jigsaws. But Lorry's jigsaw time doesn't seem fantastic either so one of us may just need to bite the bullet on that one.

I'd say anything under 3 minutes is probably what we're aiming for on jigsaw. Under 2 minutes on slide puzzle, and under 3 minutes on memory as well probably. Just rough guesses.

I just did the practice jigsaw and it took me 4:08, which I would say is not a competitive time.
Shrew can you attempt it just for comparison?
